For this project we were asked to extend a detatched bungalow. We constructed a single story extension with a hip roof. 

Internally we built a new disabled access wet room, a new shower room and installed a new fitted kitchen. Throughout the house we fitted new composite flooring and carpets in the bedrooms. We also completed a full re-wire of the property a new central heating system and new plumbing throughout. The house was finished with plastering throughout and was fully decorated including new skirting, architrave and doors. 

Externally we formed an access ramp leading to the front door and designed the roof to project past door producing a porch area.
