We were delighted to be asked back by our client to help with their continued growth. This project consisted of a build next door to one of their existing premises and sits within their current branding guidelines. 

This build consisted of a purpose built waiting area with bespoke curved front desk, this area lead onto a drinks area which had to be a usable space but also aesthetically pleasing. We installed some unique drop down lighting to assist with this. We also installed a clean and spacious toilet area which finishes off the front of house area of the build. 

A custom glass partition with frameless glass doors were designed and installed which leads into the main area of the premises where we constructed a fully equipped training area which caters for a number of work stations and a sink and cupboard unit. This main area leads onto another smaller training area which can be divided by a bespoke folding acoustic partition, which works well to create two separate rooms, alternatively can be opened up to create one large room. 

Throughout the property underfloor heating and solid wood floors were laid. We also designed and installed air conditioning and mechanical fresh air ventilation. 

And to finish the build we installed a music and microphone sound system, opening up more possibilities for the use of the space. Signage was installed throughout the build. Doors, full paint and wall art were completed.
