This project was a particularly interesting conversion project. We were able to take five commercial retail units and convert them in to ten luxury one bed apartments. We replaced the entire retail shopfront with anthracite grey aluminum frame work with ‘thermowood’ cladding panels and front doors to the apartments. The apartments themselves consisted of an open plan lounge, kitchen area, a downstairs shower room and toilet and a mezzanine style bedroom overlooking the lounge area with a frame-less glass balustrade system.

The apartments were fitted out with luxury kitchens and sanitary wear, underfloor heating throughout, and a modern style timber flooring and décor.

These one bedroom loft style apartments were prefect for a first home for an individual or couple looking for a stylish, modern and centrally located property.
